Woodspring Suites Lexington Southeast

Wanted to explore Lexington and this hotel was right place for doing it. The staff and people generally were very helpful and knowledgeable. Location: the venue was not far from restaurants, Lexington, KY and restaraunts and fast food places. It was 2 mi from Mcdonald's, offering quick-service food.

The beds were soft and the whole room was comfy and excellent.

The stay offered a comfortable room equipped with a full-size refrigerator and a two-burner stove. The staff was approachable and treated guests like family. The towels incurred an extra charge for replacement, unexpected, and housekeeping services could use improvement. There was a lack of garbage collection, leaving guests with the responsibility of taking out their own trash.

The staff here they really went the extra mile for us on our visit my wife and I were really surprised by how friendly the front desk was and how they kept everything running smoothly we felt welcomed every step of the way and the room was surprisingly clean and well kept which is not something you come by these days

It definitely wasn't inexpensive but for what we got it was still acceptable

The accommodations were very comfortable, especially the double room provided ample space for our family. I appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer on-site, although it came with an additional cost.

The pricing structure felt slightly inflated when considering the extra fees for laundry.

We took the kids to Keeneland Race Course, a blast! The staff was helpful with any requests we had, especially handling our large family needs. The location was perfect for a day out.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could improve on noise insulation for families. Sleeping with children was challenging due to the noise in the halls. A little more sound dampening would.

I had a decent stay, enjoying the kitchenette and clean basics. the bathroom could use some serious cleaning. it’s a good spot if you don’t expect luxury.

The staff was friendly, especially the overnight lady. I did notice the hallways could use some cleaning.

The room was super clean with a private bathroom and plenty of toilet paper. I was impressed with the washer and dryer available . Location was convenient and the staff was friendly, made everything even better.

I loved the spacious queen suite, perfect for my family with children. Plus, it was great to feel safe in such a quiet area!

The room was pretty rough-musty smell and filthy carpets. The bed was all lopsided, and the kitchenette was falling apart. Thankfully, the bathroom was clean, and the staff were nice.
